When you enquire or book a clean, we may collect:

• Your home address and suburb
• Bedroom and bathroom counts, and any notes you give us about your home
• Access details you choose to share (alarm codes, key locations, parking instructions)
• Payment details, which are handled by our payment processor (see below)

When you visit our website, we also collect:

• Standard analytics data such as pages visited and how you reached us
• Basic technical data (browser type, device, approximate location from IP)

We use this information to:

• Quote and schedule your clean
• Send invoices and process payment
• Communicate with you about your bookings

Your information is shared only with the people and tools we need to deliver your clean:

• Cleaners on our team, who need your address and access details to do the job
• Stripe, our payment processor, for card and direct debit handling

We keep customer records for 7 years to meet Australian tax and business record keeping requirements, after which they are deleted.
