2.Why Stefan joined

By 2024 Lana had more work than she could take on alone, so Stefan joined her. He cleaned with her at first. Then he took over the bookings, hiring and marketing. His background in marketing and technology went into the side of the business customers don't see.

Together we spent countless hours building the systems and processes behind the business. They shape how we look after customers and manage our team. They also set how every clean is done, so the standard stays the same in every home.

3.What we do differently

We only clean homes, and we focus on doing that well. Most of our customers have a regular clean on the same day and time each week or fortnight. You always know when we're coming. Every clean follows one checklist that our cleaners and our customers can both see, so there's no guessing about what's included.

4.Who cleans your home

We're careful about who we send into your home. Everyone who applies goes through interviews and a trial clean before we make a final decision. Nobody joins until we have their police check, references and the right documents. About 1 in every 100 people who apply join the team.

We look for people who turn up on time and let you know early if anything changes. They take care with your home and your things, and they notice the small details. They're also happy to take feedback, so if you'd like something done differently, it gets done differently next time.

5.Looking after your home

Every cleaner is police checked, and we hold public liability insurance.

If you're out while we clean, you can leave a key in a lockbox or an agreed spot. Our cleaners follow your access notes, lock up when they finish and put the key back where they found it. Pets are welcome to stay home. Plenty of our customers have them.

6.If something isn't right

If we've missed something, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and clean it again at no extra cost.

We take that seriously. Once, one of our cleaners missed part of a customer's home. We sent them back to finish it, and we didn't send the invoice until the customer was happy. Since then, our cleaners read the job notes and walk through a new home before they start. If you're there, they'll ask questions.

7.Who you'll deal with

Lana runs the team and the day to day, and checks in with customers to make sure everything is going well. Stefan looks after bookings, hiring and the running of the business. As Lana puts it, we look after every home like it's our own.

8.The homes we clean

We clean houses, townhouses, units and apartments. Our customers are families, busy professionals and people who want a hand fitting cleaning into their week. We also help NDIS participants keep their homes clean.

If you have pets, we spend extra time vacuuming hair from couches and floors. If you have kids, we put the toys back where they belong and wipe down high chairs and play areas. See our cleaning services and the suburbs we cover.
